Return for Exchange
While we hope you love your new ceramic, if you do with to exchange we are happy to offer a return for exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase accompanied by proof of purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible in person, via email or telephone. Items must be in as new condition.

Unfortunately elph store is unable to cover any return postage costs applicable to a change of mind exchange. Shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable in the case of return for exchange.

Refunds
elph store can refund items if they are defective or faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days, with details of the defect or fault. We will then organise with Sendle to pick up the faulty item and refund the item plus associated shipping costs. elph store will refund you via your original method of payment or if you’d rather, we can issue a store credit.

Store Credits
elph store credits do not expire.
